Daily email campaign
DiVita Creative 30-Day Promo Challenge
$6,100 closed in 30 days
The Scope
I ran a 30-day email campaign for DiVita Creative to promote a brand and website package before its introductory pricing ended. To keep the messaging consistent every day, I used a custom GPT (30 Days of Promo) built on the Back Pocket Insights framework. Each week it generated seven themed posts matched to the offer, my voice, and my audience. I adapted those into daily emails built around past client results, real insight, and storytelling.
What Worked
- Open rates held steady at 59 to 63% across daily sends, so the list stayed engaged even at high volume.
- Click-throughs averaged 1.5 to 2.4%, which showed real interaction, not just opens.
- Four discovery calls were booked, and two converted.
- $6,100 closed and paid during the 30 days.
- The creator of the Back Pocket Insights framework reshared one testimonial email twice, which widened its reach and added credibility.
- The strongest emails focused on ease, clarity, and client results. Not hype or pressure.
What I Learned
- Having a content tool removed the friction. Showing up every day stopped feeling draining.
- Client reviews and lived experience are promo material you can reuse again and again.
- This audience responds to real talk and real results, not gimmicks.
- The emails worked as a timing nudge for warm leads who were already close and needed one more reason before the price changed.
- It shifted something for me personally: "This helped me see my own value more clearly than ever."
Result
The campaign brought in visibility and paying clients in 30 days without burning me out. Instead of guessing what to say each day, I had structured prompts that kept the message consistent and connected. Daily email went from something I'd dread to something I could actually sustain.
