The Scope

Delivered a complete brand and tech foundation for Enlightening Leadership: a fast-turnaround website on Systeme.io, custom brand messaging, and a fully connected email system. The goal was to clarify her signature offer (The SCALE Method), build trust, and give her a platform that could support list growth, nurturing, and future sales.

What Was Built

• A branded, conversion-focused website, built and launched in one week
• A custom service page for The SCALE Method with clear calls to action
• Lead magnet integration and automation
• Email setup, including contact migration, segmentation, tagging, and her first blog post and newsletter
• Onboarding and a clean handoff so she could keep going on her own

Results From the First Send

This was her first send to a newly imported and tagged list. The numbers showed the list was set up correctly and the message connected right away.

• 42.25% open rate
• 9.39% click rate
• 51% of clicks went to the service page, and 49% to the homepage
• Zero spam complaints and less than 1% bounce rate

What I Learned

• Leadership audiences respond best to clear frameworks and real results.
• Email marketing isn't just writing. It depends on clean backend systems, tagging, and segmentation.
• A handoff-friendly setup matters as much as the build. The client needed to move forward confidently without calling me for every change.
